Sandwiches make a good snack and fillings can be made innovative to attract kids. A filling with yummy noodles and colorful vegetables in a sandwich will surely attract kids. The taste of noodles and bread with each bite is truly enjoyable.

  • 1/2 Pack of noodles
  • 4 Bread slices
  • 2 teaspoons Butter
  • 1 Capsicum (finely chpped)
  • 1 Carrot (finely chopped)
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • 2 teaspoons Tomato Ketchup or tomato sauce
Instructions
    Method
  1. Boil water in a pan and add noodles. Boil for 2-3 minutes and drain the water.

  2. In another pan, heat 1 tsp butter and fry capsicum and carrot for sometime. Add boiled noodles, salt, pepper and tomato sauce. Sauté for a while and switch off the flame.

  3. Cut sandwich bread into half, in the shape of a triangle. Apply butter on one side and toast on a hot tawa. Apply butter on another side and toast. Remove and spread the noodle stuffing on it. Close another toasted slice and press slightly.

  4. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
