  • 4 cups Cooked Rice
  • Spring Onions
  • 2 cups Mix Vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper (according to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • Onion Rings (for garnish)
Instructions
    Method
  1. Chop the spring onions. Boil vegetables for 2 minutes and remove.

  2. Heat oil and fry spring onions over a high flame for 1 minute. Stir in boiled vegetables and fry for another 3 minutes.

  3. Mix pepper, salt to this and fry for 1 minute on a high flame. Stir in cooked rice and mix well. Fry for one more minute.

  4. At last mix vinegar and leave it for 30 seconds. Remove from fire and serve hot garnished with onion rings.
