Vegetarian Burger Recipe

Veggie burgers are burger patty that does not contain meat. These patties may be made from ingredients like beans, especially soybeans and tofu, nuts, grains, or fungi such as mushrooms or mycoprotein. The idea for veggie burgers has existed in various Eurasian cuisines since ancient times including the form of disc-shaped grilled meats or koftas which have been commonplace items in Indian cuisine for millennia--both containing different types of plant-derived proteins depending on what is being used to make them instead of just other animals' flesh!
