Pav Bhaji Recipe

This dish is so popular in India that it's been, at times, difficult for outsiders to distinguish Indian from non-Indian restaurants. The most famous of these dishes is Pav bhaji and this recipe has spread across the world with people who have tasted its rich flavorings craving more on a regular basis.

Pav Bhaji can be served as an appetizer or main course meal depending upon your preference but regardless of how you order it - don't forget the naan bread which will come standard with butter!

For those without enough time to cook, the dish is perfect. It originated as a fast lunchtime snack for textile mill workers in Mumbai and was later served at restaurants throughout the city. The popularity of this dish has grown so much that it can now be found on menus from simple hand carts all the way up to formal establishments abroad.
