Pineapple Raita is a yummy blend of yogurt and pineapple pieces. Pineapple is delicious fruit as well as nutritious too. It is an excellent source of manganese and Vitamin C. It tastes awesome when served chilled. Pineapple raita has a sweet yet savoury flavour.

  • 250 grams Pineapple (canned or fresh and chopped into cubes)
  • 400 grams Curd
  • 1/4 Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • Salt (to taste)
  1. In a bowl put curd or yogurt in it and mix it well until it is smooth.

  2. If the curd is very thick, add a little water or milk.

  3. Add pineapple, sugar, salt, black pepper powder and mix it well.

  4. Serve chill pineapple raita along with any Indian gravy or biryani.
