  • 2 tablespoons Grated Carrot
  • 2 tablespoons Pomegranate Seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Pineapple (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Cabbage (cut into long strips)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper Powder
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
  • Mustard (for seasoning)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Green Chillies (chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger Paste

    Method
  1. Boil water in a pan and add cabbage strips. Boil for about 4-5 minutes. Drain the water and keep aside.

  2. In a mixing bowl, take carrot, pomegranate seeds and pineapple. To this add green chillies, ginger paste, cabbage, pepper powder and salt. Mix well.

  3. Season the salad with olive oil and mustard.
