Description

This Capsicum Stuffing has Green Peas and Potato. There can be variations in the stuffing with the vegetables and Masala Used.

    Ingredients
  • 4 Capsicum
  • 200 grams Gram Flour
  • 100 grams Corn Flour
  • 50 grams All Purpose Flour
  • 100 grams Green Peas (cooked)
  • 2 Potato (cooked)
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil (Mustard Oil preferable. Use oil as required.)
Instructions
    Procedure
  1. In a Bowl, Mix 100 Gms Gram Flour, Potatoes, Green Peas and Salt.

  2. Take a Capsicum, Remove seeds if it is in excess, then Stuff the above mix into it.

  3. Mix remaining gram flour, Corn flour, All purpose flour, salt and water in a bowl.

  4. Dip the Stuffed Capsicum in the Flour.

  5. Deep fry till golden brown.

  6. Serve it hot with Tomato Chutney or Tomato Sauce.
