For pickle gravy, grind a small amount of any pickle in a mixer with very little water. This is used to give achar (pickle) flavor to the dish.

Add mushrooms and mix so that they are well coated with the paste. Take the mushrooms on a plate. Add paneer cubes to the same paste and mix again. Take them separately on a plate. Leave it for 15 minutes.
-
Heat a tava and add 1 tsp oil and spread it. Place mushrooms and paneer on the tava. Fry over a low flame till golden and reverse. Fry and take them on a plate.
-
Now mix the bell peppers with the leftover paste and fry them on the tava for few minutes on both sides.
-
Take a toothpick and prick one diced bell pepper, one paneer cube and one mushroom. Repeat the same for all pieces. Serve hot.
