Citrus salads or fruit salads with citrus fruits are a great option for winter. When tomatoes and other vegetables can’t be found, the sweet taste of oranges is refreshing in any season! Citrus provides that fresh feeling you need on those cold nights where it’s just too easy to hunker down inside all night long watching old movies instead of going out.
This recipe is a mix of my favorite citrus salads, and it’s perfect for any dinner or brunch. It highlights the best fruit from this season while being full of crisp, aromatic elements to accentuate its sweet taste. With some farro on the side or roasted chickpeas on top as well- you’ll want to eat this salad all day long!
