  1. First, take Idlis into a bowl and crumble them quite fine and keep them aside.

  2. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds in it, and let them splutter.

  3. Now add urad dal, gram dal, groundnuts, red chilies (if you want), curry leaves, and let them fry for a minute.

  4. Then add chopped onions, green chilies, chopped ginger, turmeric powder, and cook until the onions become soft.

  5. Then add chopped tomato and cook until the tomato is cooked.

  6. Now add the crumbled idlis and mix well, then add lemon juice, coriander leaves and mix well and serve hot.

  7. Serve with coconut chutney or tomato pickle.
