Method

  1. Boil milk in a pan and cook the dates in milk till soft and milk is reduced. Cool and make a paste. Keep aside.

  2. In another pan, fry khova on a low flame for sometime. Then add the date paste, sugar and ghee and sauté till the sugar melts and the mixture leaves sides.

  3. Cool the mixture for rolling conveniently. Take a small amount of mixture and roll it between your palms. Flatten both the ends; roll them on roasted poppy seeds and serve.
