Onion Rava Dhokla Recipe | How To Make Onion Rava Dhokla Recipe
Description
The national dish of Gujarat, Dhoklas are a delicious and healthy snack. They're made out of lentils like Chickpea, Pigeon pea, and Urad which resemble the shape after they've been cooked down. To make them you need to mix water with rice flour, so it'll ferment slightly before cooking in an oven or steamer. It's important not to use too much yeast if using that method as this will lead your doughy balls to become sour. You can eat these for breakfast on your own or pair them up with some chutney.
